The Process
STEP 1: Evaluation
At Dolores, the first step in your journey toward a job offer is an evaluation interview. This is our opportunity to get to know you and understand exactly what is required to help you achieve your career goals.
We begin by identifying your target goals and assessing your current background. While some students require intensive technical training, others simply need to refine the soft skills necessary to close the deal. Based on these insights, we evaluate the complexity of your case and design a tailored roadmap that aligns perfectly with your goals.
STEP 2: 80-20 Learning
At Dolores, we don’t believe in learning every single thing there is to know. Instead, we follow the 80/20 rule. We focus on the vital 20% of knowledge that drives 80% of your results. Our goal is to move you away from "busy work" and toward the high-impact knowledge required for your specific job offer.
Technical Essentials If your target role requires technical expertise, you will master the foundational basics first. Whether that involves coding, machine learning concepts, or industry-specific business knowledge, you will learn exactly what you need to know. Nothing more, nothing less. You will have direct access to our mentors to ask questions and clear roadblocks as they happen.
Intensive Non-Technical Training For the non-technical side, you will have intensive practice in the soft skills that actually close the deal. This includes high-level communication, situational problem-solving, and professional presence.
STEP 3: Application
Once you’re ready, we pivot to the execution phase. This is where we do the final polishes and start the application process.
ATS-Optimized Resume and LinkedIn Strategy We help you develop a professional resume designed to pass through automated HR screening systems. This is how you stand out from thousands of generic resumés. We can also optimize your LinkedIn profile to capture the attention of recruiters and hiring managers.
Company-Specific Intelligence We provide you with targeted question-and-answer banks for your specific target companies or roles. Not only will you be prepared for specific questions, you will also be armed with ability to adapt and improvise for unexpected interview situations.
Live Mock Interviews You will participate in realistic interview simulations to build your confidence. These sessions allow you to practice your delivery in a high-stakes environment before you walk into the real room.
Detailed Performance Feedback After every mock interview, you receive direct and actionable feedback. We help you refine your communication style and your situational problem-solving to ensure you sound decisive, prepared, and ready to win the offer.
Adaptation and Market Resilience We will help you adapt to the current job market and your specific personal situations throughout the application process. Our goal is to ensure you remain flexible and prepared for shifting industry demands.
Psychological Readiness and Support We provide coaching to solve interview anxiety and build personal confidence. This ensures you walk into every professional interaction with a sense of calm and assertive readiness.
STEP 4: Success
This is when all of your hard work pays off! If you receive an offer you are not satisfied with, you can "tear it up" and we will continue the search with you.

前面两笔定金一般是Program总收费的百分之50%,因为OFFER肯定会大于7w
